Mastek Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the Press Release made on June 23, 2015 by Cover-All Technologies Inc. announcing that its shareholders have approved Cover-AIIs adoption of the Agreement and Plan of Merger into Majesco, USA, a subsidiary of Majesco Limited, India.<BR><BR>The said agreements were signed on December 14, 2014 and amended on February 18, 2015.
