This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the Designated Persons (Directors/Officers/Designated Employees) and their immediate relatives by the insiders, as defined under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from Friday, April 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022.
