This is to inform you that in continuation of Company's option and policy, the Company shall publish in the newspapers only Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year 2017-18. As prescribed under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Company will continue to submit with the Stock Exchange, both Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for all quarters during the FY 2017-18. The Company shall publish only the Consolidated Financial Results along with Turnover, PBT and PAT on a standalone basis.
