Master Trust Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sanjay Sood, Whole time director of the Company, has decided to leave the Company and has submitted his resignation letter to the Company on March 31, 2014 with immediate effect therefrom.<br/><br/>The Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 02, 2014, has accepted his resignation and considered to relieve him of his responsibilities effective from thereof.
