The Nomination & Remuneration Committee at their meeting held on 14th May 2024 have approved 4000 employee stock options @ Rs. 541.25 per option under Matrimony.com Limited Employee Stock option scheme 2014, convertible into equal number of equity shares as per the vesting schedule approved by the Committee.
