Trading Window pursuant to Clause 4 of SEBI (PIT) Reg.2015 of the Company is closed wef January 01, 2024 onward till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting to be held for considering and approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter & Nine months ended on December 31,2023 . The date of Board for approving the Financial Results for the aforesaid period will be intimated in due course of time.
