In continuation to our letter dated September 14, 2021, we wish to inform that pursuant to a request received form the Shareholder of the Company and in compliance of the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has issued duplicate Share Certificate on September 30, 2021 against the Share Certificate purported to be lost/ misplaced.
