Mayur Leather Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider Interim Dividend for the Year 2014-15 and to fix the record date for the purpose of determining the names of Members eligible for Interim dividend on Equity Shares.
