Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, has declared Third Interim Dividend of Re. 0.80/- (i.e. 16%) per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company.
