MAYUR UNIQUOTERS LTD. - Board declares Second Interim Dividend

Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2014 has declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (i.e. 15%) per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The said dividend will be paid on or after November 24, 2014.
