Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 20I5, as amended, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for the Promoters, Directors and Designated employees with effect from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended on 31st December, 2022.
