Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we would like to inform you that the trading window of the company will be closed for the Promoters, Directors and Designated employees with effect from 1st October, 2023 and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the second and half year ended on 30th September, 2023.
