Mazda Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Designated Mr. Mohib N. Khericha, Director as a Chairman of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Saurin V. Palkhiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Mr. Nilesh C. Mankiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.
