With reference to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) REGULATIONS, 2015, wish to inform that 10th Committee of Creditors Meeting of Corporate Debtor was duly held on Monday, 19th September, 2022 at 10:00 AM through audio-visual means, in accordance with Regulation 18 and 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Regulations, 2016. Outcome of the meeting of COC is attached.
