McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2016. The said meeting has now been adjourned to February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further the trading window in respect of the Companys securities shall remain closed for all directors /promoter /officers/designated employee of the Company up to February 16, 2017 as per the code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading adopted by the Company.
