McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window in respect of the Companys securities shall remain closed for all directors /promoter /officers/designated employee of the Company from January 30, 2017 to February 13, 2017 as per the code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading adopted by the Company.
