McDowell Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company in terms of SEBl Regulations, the trading window has been closed for the Company's Directors, Officers etc., from October 27, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
