Liquidation order passed by Bombay High Court with reference to case no. 219 of 2011 has been discussed, reviewed, and taken on records.<BR><BR>3. Appeal No. 191/2015 MADE BY MCS LTD TO BOMBAY HIGH COURT, has been discussed, reviewed, and taken on records.
