Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee, in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a Limited Review of the aforesaid results. A copy of above results along with Limited Review Reports are enclosed herewith. In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 shall be published in the newspaper.
