MEDIA MATRIX WORLDWIDE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in compliance of the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons" ("the Code"), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, as per the Code shall remain closed from 30th June, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved Unaudited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended June, 30 2024 of the financial year 2024-2025, by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for considering the Unaudited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended June, 30 2024 shall be intimated separately.
