Media Matrix Worldwide Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In continuation to our earlier intimation dated September 26, 2025, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives and other Insiders, had already been closed w.e.f. September 30, 2025, and the same shall re-open on November 17, 2025.
