Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2016, have considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Tanya Karishma (Woman Director) as the Additional Director of the Company, whose appointment shall be regularized at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 17(1)(a) and 30 of the Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
