Meenakshi Enterprises Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

Pursuant to the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) having been obtained under Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 29 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, the name of the Company has been changed from 'Meenakshi Enterprises Limited' to 'JMJ Fintech Limited'.
