This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendments made thereunder and Company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders (Code of Conduct). The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for 31st March, 2024.
