Megasoft Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. GP Srinath, Company Secretary, will be leaving the Company on February 13, 2015.<BR><BR>Mr. A Sathyamoorthy, shall be the Asst. Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer w.e.f. February 14, 2015, to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
