Meghmani Organics Limited informs: (1) Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2022. The said Financial Results were reviewed and recommended by Audit Committee prior to placing the same before the Board. (2) Appointed Dr. Varesh Sinha (DIN: 03259880) and Mr. Shalin Mehta (DIN: 09679732) as a Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Director) for a term of five year w.e.f. July 22, 2022 which is subject to shareholders' approval.
