Meghmani informs that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and Designated Employees of the Company, stands closed from 1st April, 2020 and will be re-opened 48 hours after the submission of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2020 to the Stock Exchanges. The trading window shall re-open thereafter.
