Meghmani Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, has decided that the interim dividend of Rs. 0.40/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up declared and paid on March 05, 2015 for financial year 2014-2015 be considered as final dividend for Financial year 2014-2015.
