Megri Soft Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, The trading window will remain closed for all Directors/Promoter/Promoter Group, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from 1st April 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2024.
