Mehai Technology Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

The trading window of the Company will remain closed for all the Board Members, Promoters, KMPs, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives with effect from i.e., 1st April, 2024 upto completion of 48 hours after declaration of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
