MEHTA HOUSING FINANCE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the "Directors, Officers and Designated persons" of the Company and their immediate relatives from March 31, 2024, till 48 hours from declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2024.
