MEHTA HOUSING FINANCE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain close for all the "Directors, Officers and designated persons" of the Company and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2024, till 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 i.e. tentatively till August 17, 2024.
