The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 for the Specified Persons as defined in the Code.
