MENON PISTONS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders" of the Company the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company shall remain closed for all the directors, KMPs, Designated persons and their relatives as defined in the code, from Monday, 01st July 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2024
