MERCATOR LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from Thursday, March 31, 2022, for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results.
