Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, 31st March, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2021 will be intimated separately.
