This is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. 09th July, 2024, have approved the appointment of Mr. Ramawatar Sunar, Cost Accountant as the Cost Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.
