With reference to the abovementioned subject, this is to inform that Ms. Rupali Aggarwal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer from the close of business hours from 15th April, 2017, Consequently she will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the Companies Act, 2013 as well as Compliance Officer under the Listing Regulations.
