Company has received authenticated copy of the order on July 08, 2011.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, due to Scheme of Amalgamation and merger of the Company with Global Boards Ltd., the First quarter results for the period ended on June 30, 2011 of the Company will be consolidated with Global Boards Ltd. It will be considered on or before September 15, 2011 instead of August 15, 2011.
