Intimation of Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 1st July, 2022 for the Designated Persons till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2022.
