Intimation of closure of trading window in terms of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 1st October 2023 for the designated persons till forty-eight(48) hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter/Half-year ended 30th September 2023.
