MFS INTERCORP LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the intimation dated May 14, 2024, regarding Board Meeting to be held on May 27, 2024, we hereby intimate the Stock Exchange(s) as per the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled on May 30, 2024 due to some unavoidable reasons.
