MIC Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 25, 2014, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. Investments by the Company subject to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>2. Buy/sell/Leasing of Property subject to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Transferring all claims against 40 Crores Bank Guarantee furnished by Bank of Maharashtra Nashik City Branch in-favour of MIC Electronics Limited to Energy Efficiency Services Limited which is implementation partner of Nashik Municipal Corporation Project.
