With reference to the captioned subject, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform the exchanges that Ms. Agrima Shah (ACS 39324) has conveyed her decision to resign from the post of Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f.
