Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and in continuation to our earlier letter dated 27th March 2021 relating to closure of trading window for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended March 31, 2021, we wish to inform you that the trading window of the Company will further remain closed for declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2021 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed.
