Milestone Furniture Ltd - Cut-Off Date/E-Voting

1. The Company has fixed Wednesday, the 23rd September, 2021 as the "Cut off Date" for determining the eligibility of members to vote by remote e-voting or e-voting at the Annual General Meeting<BR> 2. The Company will be availing remote e-voting system/ e-voting system for casting vote during AGM of Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL). The remote e-voting / e-voting period shall start on Monday, 27th September, 2021 (9:00 A.M.) and end on Wednesday, 29th September, 2021 (5:00 P.M.)
