The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today 23.10.2023 have allotted 2,44,000 equity shares to the Eligible Employees pursuant to the exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options of the Company issued under the Milkfood Limited Stock Option Plan 2022 (Milkfood ESOS 2022/ Plan, Scheme. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
