The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. on 10th day of August, 2022, at the Registered Office of the Company, which was commenced at 11.00 A.M. and concluded at 12.10 P.M. inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022, in due compliance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
