We would like to inform that as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the company remains closed with effect from 01St October, 2024 for all designated persons and their relatives. The trading window will be opened 48hrs after the announcement of Unaudited financial result of the company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024. Kindly take note of the same.
