Minda Corporation Ltd - Board declares Interim Dividend

Minda Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 03, 2021, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Declaration of Interim dividend @ 15 % i.e. Rs. 0.30/- per equity share on 239,079,428 equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each.<BR><BR>Dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on or before March 04, 2021.
